Tap a burger to add it. Make it a meal with fries and a drink for +KSh 375, or stack extras like cheese and bacon on any burger — tap in the bag or at checkout. Got a code? Drop it at checkout; codes need a minimum subtotal and can’t be combined.

Tell us where the bag is going: your name, phone number (Kenyan numbers start +254), email for the confirmation, and your delivery area. First time? We’ll create your account from those details automatically.

Pay first, we fire second

Pay online with M-PESA or card — the kitchen starts on your order the moment payment lands. Paying cash? That works at the counter when you come pick it up. Rush delivery fees follow your area; rider pickup and self pickup are free.

Track it live

Your confirmation email carries the order number. Open My Rush to watch it move — new, preparing, ready, on the way, delivered — with a chime at every step. Fifteen to thirty minutes, door to door.

Rate it

After delivery, give each item its stars in My Rush order history. Ratings only count from delivered orders, so the scores on the menu are real — and your stars decide what stays on the board.
