Pay when it arrives

No prepayment, no cards online. Pay the rider with M-PESA, card or cash on delivery. Delivery is KSh 250 — free when your subtotal passes KSh 3,000. The kitchen confirms every order before firing it.

Track it live

Your confirmation email carries the order number. Open My Rush to watch it move — new, preparing, ready, on the way, delivered — with a chime at every step. Fifteen to thirty minutes, door to door.

Rate it

After delivery, give each item its stars in My Rush order history. Ratings only count from delivered orders, so the scores on the menu are real — and your stars decide what stays on the board.
